Return Policy

We stand behind our products, 100% if you are not satisfied with an item purchased on our site, please contact us to make return arrangements. We offer a 30 day return policy. Returns are accepted for the full product refund if received at our warehouse within 30 days of the date of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper handling, use, or ordinary wear and tear. Once received, we’ll process your return within 7 business days. Please note our refunds do not include reimbursement of shipping fees.

Billing

Payment is processed once the order has shipped. A temporary authorization may post to your count when the order is placed – please note this is only to confirm available funds and is not a duplicate charge.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed through our online store are subject to a processing period of 1-2 business days. Order placed after 3pm Pacific Standard time being processing on the following business day. Transit time for your order is then determined by the shipping method you choose when placing your order. Orders for out of stock items will begin processing as soon as the item becomes available.

We ship anywhere within the US, including AK and HI. Orders shipped to these two states may be are subject to longer transit times and are not eligible for express shipping.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship domestically within the US, however we hope to expand our shipping policy to accommodate international orders in the future. Please check back soon!

Backorders

We do our best to keep all items stocked and ready to ship in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock, this will be noted on our site and during your checkout process. Backordered items are typically restocked within 2-4 weeks. If we have a confirmed available date for an out of stock item, this date will be posted on the item page.
